Our story

A family-minded denture clinic, built on word of mouth

Smile Denture & Implant Clinic opened in Ottawa in 2016 with a simple goal: make natural-looking dentures that fit well, and treat every patient the way we’d want our own family treated.

What started as one neighbourhood clinic has grown into four across the Ottawa Valley — in Ottawa, Perth and Carleton Place, with a new Kanata clinic opening soon. Through all of it, the way we work hasn’t changed. Our licensed denturists take the time to understand your bite, your budget, and what a confident smile means to you, then design a denture around it.

Most of our patients still find us the same way they did on day one: a friend, a neighbour, or a family member who was happy with their dentures and said so. We try to earn that kind of trust with every fitting — with honest estimates, clear answers, and care that doesn’t rush you.

Meet Caner Karaceper, DD

Caner is a Licensed Professional Denturist whose focus is simple — helping people smile with confidence.

He earned his Denturist Diploma at George Brown College’s School of Dental Health, graduating with Dean’s Honour distinction, and has worked in dentistry for over a decade — first as a denture technician crafting dentures, then as a licensed denturist. That hands-on background shows in his eye for detail and facial aesthetics, shaping each denture to suit your features. He’s known for a calm, warm, and friendly chairside manner.
