Refer a patient, and they’re in good hands
Send us your patient’s details and we’ll arrange their visit with our licensed denturists — and keep you in the loop on their care.
- Licensed denturists
- Dentures crafted in our clinic’s own lab
- CDCP direct billing
- We keep you in the loop
Your patient is in good hands — and stays your patient
We look after the denture treatment you refer, care for your patient through every visit, and send them back to your office for their ongoing dental care.
We handle the denture work
Complete, partial, immediate and implant-retained dentures, relines and repairs — designed by our licensed denturists and crafted in our clinic’s own lab.
Your patient returns to you
We care for the prosthetic side only. Your patient stays with your practice for their cleanings, restorative work and ongoing dental care.
We keep you in the loop
We send a report of our findings and recommendations back to your office, confirm CDCP or insurance coverage with direct billing, and coordinate any surgery you’re planning.
Planning extractions or implants? Here’s how a referral works
From a straightforward denture to a case that needs extractions or implant placement, here’s how our two offices work together for your patient.
- 01
We examine your patient
Your patient comes in for an assessment with our licensed denturists, so we can see exactly what their mouth needs before anything is decided.
- 02
We send you a report
We send our findings and recommendations back to your office, so you and your patient can choose the right treatment together.
- 03
Treatment starts at our office
Once a treatment is selected, your patient begins with us. Over a few appointments we take the records and fabricate the denture or dentures.
- 04
We coordinate any surgery with you
If extractions or implant placement are part of the plan, we coordinate the timing of that surgery with your office.
The denture work we can take off your plate
Refer the prosthetic treatment you don’t provide in-house — we’ll look after it and keep your patient’s care coordinated with yours.
Send a referral the way that suits your office
However it’s easiest for your team — send the details online, call us, or get in touch with a question first.

As much or as little as you have. The patient’s name and a way to reach them is enough to start. X-rays, photos, a treatment plan or clinical notes all help, but none are required — our team will arrange the easiest way to share them once we’re in touch.
-
The form includes a consent step, and we handle all patient information in line with Ontario’s privacy rules (PHIPA). We only use what’s needed to arrange and provide care.

Yes. We are an in-network CDCP provider and bill the plan directly, and we work with most major insurers too. We confirm a patient’s coverage and explain any estimate before treatment begins.
About CDCP coverage → -
Yes. We provide the denture treatment you refer and send your patient back to your office for their ongoing dental care. We’re denturists, so general dentistry stays with you.
-
At whichever clinic is most convenient for them — Ottawa, Perth or Carleton Place (a Kanata location is on the way). We arrange the appointment directly with your patient.
-
Extractions, fillings or other dental treatment are usually completed at your office first. Let us know what’s planned on the form and we’ll coordinate the timing with you.
