Yes — at every one of our clinics. We’re an in-network CDCP provider and bill the program directly through its administrator, Sun Life. At the desk you pay only your tier’s share of the fee, if any. No. We can run the eligibility check with you during your consultation. If you qualify, we’ll help you complete the Service Canada enrolment that day, and coverage usually activates within five to ten business days.

The CDCP is a coverage of last resort, so it can’t run alongside private dental insurance. If you have a private plan, we’ll coordinate with it instead — and if that coverage is ending soon, we can hold your enrolment paperwork until then.

Premium upgrades — things like Esthetic Pro dentures, custom shade matching, and certain implant brands — fall outside the plan. Our standard tier is fully CDCP-eligible, and we’ll flag any upgrade and its cost before you commit.

It uses the 2026 CDCP fee guide and the income brackets Service Canada publishes, so it’s accurate within a few percent for standard treatments. Sun Life confirms your final amount at the time of service.

Yes — consultations are free at all our clinics. Your denturist reviews your mouth, your denture options, pricing and coverage (including CDCP), and you receive a written estimate before any treatment begins. There is no charge and no obligation.

Our standard complete dentures typically range from $1,500 to $2,500 per arch, with premium and Esthetic Pro tiers above that. For partials, implants, and repairs, the coverage estimator gives you a figure tailored to your treatment.

Yes. We offer in-house installments as well as third-party financing for larger treatments like implants. Your denturist will lay out the options in your written plan so you can choose what fits your budget.

No deposit to book. Lab work begins after your impression appointment — that’s the first billable point — and you’re free to stop before then.

Most people are seen over several appointments — consultation, impressions and bite records, a wax try-in to approve the look, then the final fit. Your denturist gives you a realistic timeline once they’ve seen your mouth, and lab work is typically around two weeks.

A denture generally lasts several years, with relines every 18–24 months as your gums naturally change shape. Reinforced premium bases can last longer. Your denturist will tell you what to expect for your situation.

Honestly, not on day one. The first week or two is an adjustment — speech feels different and a few sore spots are normal. We include follow-up adjustments in the first month to fine-tune the fit.

They can be designed to suit your face. Tooth shape, shade, gum contour, smile line, and bite are planned together, and the try-in appointment lets you review the look before the denture is finished.

Many healthy adults are. The two big factors are enough jawbone density — measured with a CBCT scan — and good general health. We’ve cared for patients well into their 80s. Smokers and anyone with conditions like uncontrolled diabetes need some extra evaluation first.

Usually less than people expect. Local anesthetic — and oral sedation when appropriate — are standard. Most people describe mild discomfort for a few days afterward, manageable with over-the-counter pain relief.

It varies. Placement is one appointment, followed by a few months of healing while the bone fuses to the implant (osseointegration), then one or two visits to attach the prosthetic. Your denturist maps out the timeline for your case.

Daily cleaning is simple. Brush them with a soft denture brush and a non-abrasive cleaner — regular toothpaste is too rough. Rinse after meals, and soak them overnight in clean water, since dentures can dry out and warp without moisture.

We generally suggest taking them out at night. Your gums benefit from a break from constant pressure, and removing the denture helps keep the tissue underneath healthy.

A well-fitting denture usually shouldn’t need adhesive. If yours does, it’s often a sign the fit has shifted — come in for a re-evaluation. In many cases a reline solves it without a full remake.
